Duty Manager

Job Description
  1. To be responsible for the maximization of room sales and revenue for the hotel
  2. Supervises day-to-day operation ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained.
  3. Ensures our customers receive a fast, efficient check-in and check-out, and ensures all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
  4. Works closely with all departments, especially the sales office and banquet office, to ensure that tours, groups, conventions and corporate clients are handled properly.
  5. Greets and escorts important guests when arriving and departing, and takes responsibility for pre-check the room and causes the VIP set-up
  6. Monitors customer feedback and advises concerned supervisors.
  7. Ensures Front Office Manager is kept informed of all developments within the department
Job Requirements

1.Thai Nationality with at least Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management.

2.Have experience as senior executive position from international hotel chain.

3. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a good background in Financial

4.Proactive, initiative, result-oriented with pleasant personality, service-minded,Confident, and a good team


5.Good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and problem solving.

6.Excellent proficiency in both written & spoken English.
