Which are the participating hotels/ resorts and F&B outlets?

All Furama, FuramaXclusive and FX hotels/resorts in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and Bali as well as the participating dining outlets within the properties.

 
How long does it take for my FURAMAfirst membership to be activated?

FURAMAfirst membership activation is instant upon sign up.

 
When will I receive my FURAMAfirst membership card?

There is no physical membership card. You will only require your email address or membership number to start earning and accumulating your FURAMAmints for every qualifying stay or dining spend with us. Alternatively, you can download Furama mobile app for easy access to your membership details.

 
Do I get to enjoy the benefit instantly if I were to sign up for FURAMAfirst at any of the participating hotel or F&B outlets?

Yes, you start earning FURAMAmints immediately and are entitled to the relevant benefits with every of your qualifying hotels/resorts stay or dining spend.

 
How do I enjoy my complimentary upgrade as a FURAMAfirst Platinum member?

To enjoy the complimentary upgrade as a FURAMAfirst Platinum member, it has to be requested in advance upon log in to FURAMAfirst membership


1. Make a room booking via www.furama.com or FURAMA mobile app
2. Send the confirmation of the room booking with reference number via this form with the subject: Platinum member - Upgrade Room Request
3. Allow 48 hours for a response to the upgrade request

Complimentary upgrades to the next available category are limited to 3 per year (up to 10 nights in total) for FURAMAfirst Platinum members and this complimentary are subject to availability.

 

About FURAMAmints

Will I be able to accumulate FURAMAmints if I were to sign up after my qualifying hotel/resort stay or qualifying dining spend?

No, you must sign up for FURAMAfirst prior to your stay or dining spend in order to accumulate the FURAMAmints for it.

 
I am a FURAMAfirst member and my company has a contracted room rate with Furama. If I book with my contracted room rate, do I still earn FURAMAmints?

Yes, you will earn FURAMAmints if

  • your company contracted room rate is higher than the qualifying room rate
  • you booked directly with the hotel and
  • you personally stayed with us.
 
I have signed up for my FURAMAfirst membership but my FURAMAmints are not reflected. What can I do?

All FURAMAmints are updated within 2 days of your check-out date or dining spend with us. If you do not receive them after 2 days, please get in touch with us via this form with your name, membership number and the details of your hotel stay or F&B dining spends.

 
Do I earn FURAMAmints on my first stay or dine-in?

Yes, you will earn FURAMAmints if you are a FURAMAfirst Gold or FURAMAfirst Platinum member, booked via FURAMA mobile app or www.furama.com and stayed or dined with us.

 
Can I accumulate FURAMAmints from all expenses in the hotel?

No, FURAMAmints are issued only for qualifying room rates booked via FURAMA mobile app or www.furama.com or qualifying dining spend at participating F&B outlets.

 
How are FURAMAmints calculated?

You earn FURAMAmints with every qualifying room spend or qualifying dining spend. 1 FURAMAmint per SGD 1 (or its equivalent) for each qualifying stay or qualifying dining spend.

A qualified stay / qualified room night refers to a stay / room night booked at eligible room rates at participating hotels. Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:

  1. Complimentary rooms;
  2. Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents etc;
  3. Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and / or travel industry discounts;
  4. Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline;
  5. Room rates for group booking

A qualified dining spend refers to your final dining bill at our participating F&B outlets and it can only be accumulated once daily for each FURAMAfirst member. The accumulation of FURAMAmints on the following dining details are excluded:

  1. Complimentary and promotional dining vouchers or dishes and/or beverages
  2. In-room Dining / Room Service
  3. Takeaway meals
  4. Banquet/ Catering/ Meeting services
  5. Dine-in group of more than 20 pax
  6. eVoucher purchases
 
How can I see how many FURAMAmints I have?

You may log in to your account via FURAMA mobile app or furama.com/furamafirst to view your FURAMAmints.

 
How do I claim my FURAMAmints?

You may log in to your account on FURAMA mobile app or furama.com/furamafirst to redeem rewards, or tell us your wishlist and you might just get it with the right amount of FURAMAmints.

 
Can I exchange FURAMAmints for cash?

No, FURAMAmints are strictly not exchangeable for cash. But with our FURAMAmints instant cashback, you can convert your FURAMAmints into cash rebates to offset your total bill, only when you make a booking via furama.com or FURAMA mobile app.

 
How do I use my FURAMAmints instant cashback?

STEP 1: Just log in with your FURAMAfirst member account and make a room booking via furama.com or FURAMA mobile app.
STEP 2: Make your room booking with the selected hotel and the chosen add-ons for your stay.
STEP 3: Check the box with "Use my FURAMAmints to offset Grand Total" when you are finalising your booking.
STEP 4: Select the amount of FURAMAmints that you wish to use from your account balance to offset your final room bill.

Once FURAMAmints are converted to cashback, they are non-refundable, regardless of your booking status.

 
If I don't have enough my FURAMAmints to offset my total bill, can I still use FURAMAmints instant cashback feature?

Yes, you just have to pay the remaining balance of your total bill after the cash rebates that you are eligible for have been applied to your booking.

 
What is the validity period of FURAMAmints?

FURAMAmints are valid for two years upon issuance.

 
How long do I have to accumulate the required items in order to upgrade to the next level?

Qualifying nights, stays or dining spends must be accumulated within a year.

 

Booking Rooms

Can I walk in to the hotel without prior room booking and enjoy my FURAMAfirst benefits?

Yes, you may when you share your email address or membership number at check-in. However, we advise that you make the room booking in advance via FURAMA mobile app or furama.com to ensure that we have your preferred room available for the duration of your intended stay with us.

 
Can I book rooms for my friends using my FURAMAfirst membership? Will I earn FURAMAmints from their stay? Will this apply for F&B too?

Yes, you may book rooms for friends, limited to 3 rooms per day. If you are not present, your friends will still get to enjoy the early check-in/ late check-out benefits when requested at booking. However, to earn FURAMAmints, you, the FURAMAfirst member must stay i.e. check in and check out from the hotel, and FURAMAmints will only be awarded for the room that was checked in under your name.

For F&B, you may make reservation for friends in the participating F&B outlets. However, to enjoy the dining discount and earn FURAMAmints, you, the FURAMAfirst member must be present during the dine-in at participating F&B outlets.
