FURAMAfirst membership is subject to the following terms & conditions:
- Membership Fee & Levels
- Signing up for FURAMAfirst is complimentary via www.furama.com or via FURAMA mobile app
- FURAMAfirst members will receive a confirmation email when they sign up, after which they may log in to their personal account through www.furama.com or Furama mobile app using their email or social handler
- FURAMAfirst members are to provide their membership number and email or the profile page in our FURAMA mobile app for verification when required at the hotels & F&B outlets as no physical cards are issued to members
- FURAMAfirst members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Gold after 6 qualifying nights/ 3 qualifying stays or SGD 750 qualifying F&B spends accumulated within one year
- FURAMAfirst Gold members are upgraded to FURAMAfirst Platinum after 30 qualifying nights/ 15 qualifying stays or SGD 1,500 qualifying F&B spends accumulated within one year
- FURAMAfirst members must accumulate qualifying nights of stays or F&B spends within a one-year period to reach the next level
- FURAMAfirst accounts are not transferable. Enrolment of several persons in a single account (joint account) and multiple enrolments by a single person are not allowed.
- Benefits: Discounted room rate for members
- Room rate discount is shown upon members log in to their FURAMAfirst account
- Room bookings with member discounted rate for friends and family are limited to 3 per day & exclude other benefits
- Room booking must be made directly via hotel website, Furama mobile app, reservations or corporate sales
- Benefits: Early check-in, late check-out & guaranteed reservation until… for FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members
- Early check-in from 10am (subject to availability)
- Late check-out at 3pm (subject to availability)
- Non-prepaid reservations will be guaranteed until 8pm, before the room is released
- Benefits: F&B discount
- FURAMAfirst Platinum members enjoy a dine-in 15% discount at all hotel F&B outlets for qualifying spend on food items, excluding promotional items, alcoholic drinks, minibar, banquet and group bookings. Also, dining discount is only applicable up to a party of 20 pax maximum for dine-in at our F&B outlets. Do note that the dining discount can be used once by each FURAMAfirst Platinum member daily.

- FURAMAfirst is a lifetime membership
- FURAMAmints are valid for two years upon issuance
- Issuance of FURAMAmints
- Furama Hotels International Management Pte Ltd (FHI) reserves the right to update the currency rate for issuance of FURAMAmints.
- FURAMAmints are issued for qualifying room rates inclusive of packages and taxes, to FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members book via FURAMA owned channels such as www.furama.com, FURAMA mobile app, reservations or sales, and stay overnight at the hotel
- FURAMAmints will only be issued to members' own stay
- FURAMAmints are issued for qualifying dining spends to FURAMAfirst Gold and FURAMAfirst Platinum members who dine in our participating F&B outlets
- FURAMAmints are issued within 2 days of check out, to each corresponding invoice
- If FURAMAmints have not been issued accordingly, please contact the Membership Centre via the following steps
- Submit your request via our feedback form. Select "FURAMAmints Enquiries" as the subject, and include your room booking confirmation number or dining details (date, outlet name, and receipt number). Please retain your receipts in case verification is needed
- Allow 48 hours for a response to the request
- Calculation of FURAMAmints: Qualifying stay/night & dining spends
- A qualified stay / qualified room night refers to a stay / room night booked at eligible room rates at participating hotels. Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:
- Complimentary rooms
- Commissionable room rates booked via third parties for e.g. travel agents, online travel agents etc
- Room rates provided in conjunction with airline and / or travel industry discounts
- Room rates of airline crew members paid by the airline
- Room rates for group booking
- A qualified dining spend refers to your final dining bill at our participating F&B outlets and accumulating of FURAMAmints on the following dining details are excluded:
- Complimentary and promotional dining vouchers or dishes and/or beverages
- Takeaway meals
- Banquet/ Catering/ Meeting services
- Dine-in group of more than 20 pax
- A qualified stay / qualified room night refers to a stay / room night booked at eligible room rates at participating hotels. Non-eligible room rates include, but are not limited to:
- FURAMAmints Instant Cashback
- FURAMAmints can only be used to pay off for rooms booked via www.furama.com or Furama mobile app, upon login as FURAMAfirst member
- FURAMAmints cannot be used to pay for any room booking under the corporate fares, group fares, travel agents and online travel agents
- FURAMAmints are non-refundable as points or cash if room bookings are cancelled
- FURAMAmints cannot be used to redeem as credit rebates when they are expired
- Rewards
- FURAMAmints are strictly not exchangeable for cash
- FURAMAmints may be used to redeem rewards for items, vouchers or make a wishlist at www.furama.com/furamafirst or Furama mobile app
- Upon receiving confirmation email on reward redemption, do allow 2 – 3 weeks to process rewards request submission
- Member will bear the postage charges should the item redeemed be required to be mailed
- FURAMAmints not redeemed within validity period of two years will be forfeited
